# The editor did not open after I stopped

Open the library. A take that did not arrive is listed under Needs attention, where Bring in or Recover gets it back.

Only in the Chrome extension. In the Mac app, a take opens in the app’s own editor when you stop, and every take is in its library.

Where to find it: Library › Needs attention

1. Open [pointercam.com/library](https://pointercam.com/library) in the same Chrome, or press **Open library** in the popup.
2. Look under **Needs attention**.
3. Press **Bring in** or **Recover** on the take.

The extension keeps its own copy of every take until you remove it, so a take that did not reach the editor is not lost. See [Recover a take that stopped early](https://pointercam.com/help/recover-a-take).
