# Motion blur on camera moves

Blurs the picture while the zoom camera is moving, the way a real camera would, and stays sharp when it stops. It is on for every new video.

Where to find it: Video editor › Pro › Brand & Export › Output

A new video starts with it on, at the blur of a real camera. Held shots stay sharp.

1. Open **Brand & Export › Output** in Pro.
2. Set **Blur strength**. 1.0× matches a real camera. Higher smears more.
3. To turn it off, switch off **Motion blur on camera moves**.

> **Note:** It adds time to the export, since every moving frame is drawn several times.

The pointer has its own motion blur, in the Mac app. See [Smoothing, sway and motion blur](https://pointercam.com/help/pointer-movement).
