# Play, loop and watch full screen

Press Space to play. Select something and press L to play just that part on repeat while you adjust it, and press F to watch the preview full screen.

Where to find it: Video editor › Timeline › Play

- `Space`: Play or pause
- `L`: Loop what is selected. Press again to play the whole video
- `F`: Fullscreen the preview
- `Esc`: Leave full screen

Looping helps when you tune something short, like a zoom or a camera move: it plays over and over while you change it, so you judge it on the tenth pass rather than the first.

1. Select a zoom, a callout or another block on the timeline.
2. Press `L`, or the loop button on the toolbar. The selected stretch plays on repeat.
3. Press `L` again to play the whole video.

Full screen is also in the **⋯** menu as **Fullscreen the preview**.
