# Make the pointer bigger or smaller

Set the pointer’s size with S, M or L in Simple, or exactly under Cursor › Size in Pro. 1.0× is about the size on your screen. Go bigger for phone viewers.

Only in the Mac app. Chrome records your real pointer as part of the picture, so the editor cannot change how it looks or moves. In a Chrome take you can still [show your clicks](https://pointercam.com/help/click-effects) and [spotlight the pointer](https://pointercam.com/help/spotlight).

Where to find it: Video editor › Pro › Cursor › Size

In Simple, **Pointer size** under Smooth cursor offers **S**, **M** and **L**. In Pro, **Cursor › Size** sets it by number. It sizes your own pointer pictures too.

> **Tip:** A video watched on a phone shows the pointer small. A size around 1.5× to 2× keeps it easy to follow.
