# Save a frame as a picture

Move the playhead to a moment and open the ⋯ menu. Save it as a PNG, or open it in the screenshot editor to mark it up.

Where to find it: Video editor › ⋯ › This frame

1. Move the playhead to the moment you want.
2. Open the **⋯** menu in the header.
3. Under **This frame**, choose **Save it as a picture** or **Open it in the screenshot editor**. A picture is saved to your Downloads as a PNG. The screenshot editor opens with the frame, ready for arrows, badges and text.

> **Tip:** To export the frame at the video’s full output size from the export sheet, choose **More options** and then a still image.
