In Simple#
- Flat
- Barely mounted: a thin margin, square-ish corners, no shadow.
- Soft
- A comfortable margin and a soft drop shadow. New videos start here.
- Deep
- Lifted off the background: a wide margin, round corners and a heavy shadow.
- Lit
- Lit from the top left: the recording floats over a soft shadow cast down and to the right, and the sides facing the light stay clean.
In Pro#
Open Scene › Frame. Pick a Frame style, or Custom to set every value yourself.
- Padding
- How much background shows around the recording. Zero is edge to edge.
- Corner radius
- How round the recording’s corners are, in pixels at 1080p. It scales with the export.
- Corner smoothing
- The shape of the corner rather than its size. Higher is a smoother, more continuous curve.
- Shadow
- The shadow under the recording. It falls outward, so it never darkens the picture. Lit from an angle makes it the shadow of a light from one side: dense near the edge and soft further out, falling away from the light with the sides facing it clean. Down and Across set which way and how far it falls.
