Choose how the recording arrives at the start and leaves at the end: Rise, Fade, Scale and more, or None to start on the first frame.

Where to find it
- Video editor
- Simple
- Look
- Opening
In Simple, the Opening row under Look sets both ends at once:
- Rise
- Lifts and focuses into place.
- Fade
- Opacity alone, nothing moves.
- Scale
- Grows into place, and shrinks away at the end.
- None
- The first frame is simply there.
In Pro, Zoom & Motion › Opening and closing sets each end on its own, with more shapes: Rise, Fade, Blur, Scale, Slide up, Slide down, Slide left, Slide right and Swing. A closing is quicker than an opening by default.
