Set the guide’s colour, its pictures’ background and frame, its typeface, text size and page, a title and an introduction, and your logo.

Document#
- Title and Introduction
- What the guide is called, and a line on what it covers.
- Typeface
- The type for every file.
- Text size
- Small: 13 pt headings and 10 pt words. Medium: 15 pt and 11 pt. Large: 18 pt and 12.5 pt.
- Number the steps
- Numbers on each step, or none.
- Page
- A4 or Letter, for the PDF and Word files.
