Enter your Studio licence key

1. 1Find the email with your licence key.
2. 2Open Settings › Plan & billing, or press any crown in PointerCam.
3. 3Paste the key where it says Paste your licence key, and press Activate.Studio turns on at once, on this computer.

On another computer#

Paste the same key there. Settings › Plan & billing shows your key again, with a button to copy it.

Working offline#

A subscription renews itself about once a day while you are online, and keeps working for a week offline. Settings shows the date it works offline until.

• Licensed to shows the email the key was issued to.
• Valid until shows when the current period ends.
• Remove this licence takes the key off this computer.

Cancelling, and refunds#

To cancel a subscription, sign in to the Dodo Payments customer portal with the email you paid with, or write to support@pointercam.com. Studio stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

A subscription payment can be refunded within 14 days. Press Ask beside Ask for a refund in Settings › Plan & billing, and choose the reason. A 7-day pass can be refunded only if its key was never entered. The Refund Policy has the details.
