Add music
Pick a loop from 12 public-domain tracks, or bring your own file. Music runs for the whole video without a seam and gets quieter while you talk.

Where to find it

- 1In Simple, under Sound, open Music and choose Choose the music.
- 2Point at a track to hear it, then click it.They are grouped by mood: Calm, Lofi, Upbeat.
- 3Choose whether it is Quieter while you talk, or At one level throughout.
- Your own file… uses music of your own.
- Add a layer plays another track with this one.
- The music fits the length of the video, fading in and out on a curve.
Finer control#
Each music track is a block on the Sound lane. Select it to set:
- Level and Mute
- The track’s volume, before the master.
- Duck under voice
- Lowers the track while you speak and brings it back in the gaps.
- Fades
- How long it fades in and out. A second or two avoids a sudden start.
- Loop to fill
- Repeats the file for the length of the block.
