- Slack, Teams or email
- An MP4 plays inline in most chat apps. For email limits, pick Small under File size.
- YouTube
- Upload the MP4, and the .srt subtitle file beside it.
- A ticket or a README
- A GIF plays inline where video cannot.
- A help center or wiki
- Export the step-by-step guide as a web page or Markdown, with its pictures. See Download or copy a guide.
- A document
- Copy the guide and paste it, or download it as a PDF or a Word file.
